Effective: October 5, 2026 (amended · notice given on the effective date)

1. Who pays what

Sellers buy fixed-price passes — exposure passes and look-generation tickets. Nothing is charged per click or per impression. Consumers are never charged, and Look Partners pay no fees (the only amount they bear is the optional one-click generation deduction below).

1. Sellers buy exposure passes and look-generation tickets. This is the only transaction for which we receive payment; the seller and service provider of the passes is SKIPIKS (스킵픽스(skipiks) · 891-66-00872), which is responsible for payment, cancellation and refunds of passes and for enquiries about them, and we do not receive or pass on payments for sellers' products. Each pass's contents, prices and service period are shown on the pass product page.

2. Consumers use the service free of charge. Purchases happen on each seller's own shop, where that seller sets the price.

3. Look Partners pay no fees and receive a share of revenue from the monthly revenue pool (see "Look Partners" below).

2. Seller Partners — exposure passes

365 daysKRW 843,150KRW 1,204,50030%KRW 2,310

1. The base price is the 30-day price of KRW 99,000 converted to KRW 3,300 per day and multiplied by the number of days. It is a reference for calculating the discount, not a price at which passes have been sold. Passes of up to 30 days cost the base price; longer passes are discounted from it — 30% at 365 days and proportionally in between (60 days 3%, 90 days 5%, 365 days 30%).

2. While a pass is valid, your products are matched to and featured in SKIPIKS look recommendations. Placement and frequency depend on matching; we do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks or sales.

3. A pass starts when payment is confirmed. If you already hold a pass, the new one starts when the current one ends. One day = 24 hours.

4. One-year limit: an exposure pass can be bought only if it ends within 365 days of the payment date (for direct bank deposits, the day the deposit is confirmed), including where it starts after a pass you already hold. The order screen shows the maximum number of days you can buy now.

5. There are no per-click fees, subscriptions, listing fees or minimum spend.

3. Seller Partners — look-generation tickets

1,000 imagesKRW 350,000KRW 500,00030%KRW 350

1. The base price is KRW 500 per image × the number of images, with 10% off 30 images, 20% off 100 and 30% off 1,000.

2. One AI look uses one ticket. Tickets are deducted when you request generation, and images that could not be made are returned automatically.

3. Tickets are valid for 365 days from issue; the soonest-expiring lot is used first. Expired tickets lapse.

4. New seller bonus

When your store is approved, you receive a 7-day exposure pass and 10 look-generation tickets once, free of charge, as a trial before you buy paid passes. Free grants are not refundable.

5. Look Partners — revenue share

1. Look Partners pay no fees to use the service.

2. Each month, 10% of seller exposure-pass revenue (net of refunds, recognized day by day over each pass) is shared among partners in proportion to the valid seller-product clicks on their looks that month.

3. The share is calculated the day after the month ends and becomes payable earnings at once. You can request a payout once payable earnings reach the minimum shown in your Partner Console. Details are in the Partner Terms.

4. One-click look generation (optional): each look created with one-click generation in the Partner Console deducts KRW 60 from your earnings when it is submitted (the deduction is cancelled if the look is rejected). This applies from September 30, 2026; the feature is not offered before then.

6. Payment methods and delivery

1. Payment methods: cards (including debit cards and easy-payment services) and quick account transfer, paid in the checkout window of the payment gateway (Toss Payments Co., Ltd.). Direct bank deposit into the Company's account is accepted only while the payment gateway's payment service is unavailable (the payment date is the day the deposit is confirmed); the order screen always shows only the methods actually available. Card details are entered in the payment gateway's window and are not received or stored by SKIPIKS.

2. Same price for every method: prices do not depend on the payment method, and we do not charge sellers payment-gateway fees or other costs of payment. Card installment fees follow the agreement between the card company and the cardholder.

3. Passes are one-time purchases and are never renewed or charged automatically. The new seller bonus does not turn into a paid pass when it ends.

4. When the service is provided: immediately once the payment is approved in the checkout window (for direct bank deposits, once the deposit is confirmed). Exposure passes start then (or when your current pass ends) and tickets can be used at once. There is no physical shipment.

5. Maximum service period: the service period of a paid pass is at most 365 days from the payment date. Exposure passes end within the one-year limit above, and look-generation tickets can be used for 365 days from the payment date. Extensions, such as compensation for service outages, never go beyond this period; time beyond it is refunded instead (Seller Terms, "Purchasing, Issuing and Validity of Passes").

6. When payment is confirmed we email the pass issued (days and start/end, or tickets and validity). Orders, issued passes, ticket use and refunds are listed in the Seller Console under "Passes".

7. Currency, tax, receipts and changes

1. All amounts are in Korean won (KRW) and include VAT.

2. Receipts: for the card portion of card and easy payments, the card sales slip issued by the payment gateway (no separate tax invoice); for quick account transfers, easy payments made from a wallet balance or bank account, and direct bank deposits, an electronic tax invoice for business sellers or a cash receipt for other sellers (where a cash receipt is requested in the checkout window, the payment gateway issues it and no tax invoice is issued for that payment; Seller Terms, "Tax invoices and receipts").

3. Prices may change. A price increase or any change less favourable to sellers is announced in the service at least 30 days before it takes effect and notified individually to the seller’s contact email by the same day (Seller Terms, "Changes to These Terms"); a reduction or new discount may apply from the day it is announced. Changes apply only to orders placed after they take effect — passes already purchased keep their terms.

4. Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy: within 3 business days of the request, by the method used for payment (card, easy-payment and quick-account-transfer payments are cancelled; direct bank deposits are refunded to an account in the seller's name).

8. Revision history

  • October 5, 2026: revised for the checkout-window integration with the payment gateway (Toss Payments Co., Ltd.) — the seller and service provider of passes and its responsibility for payment, cancellation, refunds and enquiries · payment methods (cards including easy payments, and quick account transfer; virtual accounts removed; direct bank deposit only while the payment gateway cannot be used) · passes issued as soon as payment is approved · maximum service period of paid passes (365 days from the payment date) · link to the pass product page · receipts by payment method (card portion of easy payments; cash receipts requested in the checkout window) · advance notice of price increases aligned with the Seller Terms (30 days plus individual notice). It takes effect on the notice date because no external Seller had paid under the previous terms.
  • September 28, 2026: revised on the premise of payments through a payment gateway — "list price" renamed "base price" (a calculation reference, not a past selling price) · payment methods, same price for every method and no payment fees · one-year limit on exposure passes · receipts by payment method · refund deadline aligned with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • September 24, 2026: long-term exposure-pass discounts added (60 days 3%, 90 days 5%, 365 days 30%) — a change in sellers' favour, effective on the day it is announced.
  • September 24, 2026: seller billing moved to fixed-price passes (exposure passes and look-generation tickets).
