Terms of Service

Effective: May 24, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the AI-powered fashion curation service ("Service") provided by SKIPIKS ("Company").

2. Definition of Service & AI-Generated Service Notice

⚠️ This Service is a generative AI-based service operating under Article 31 of the Republic of Korea's AI Framework Act.

1. The Service is a generative AI-based service that creates and curates fashion editorial images.

2. All images generated or delivered through the Service are AI-generated outputs, and visible & invisible watermarks are applied when exported externally.

3. Unauthorized removal or alteration of watermarks may be subject to legal sanctions.

4. Generating images mimicking real persons' appearance is prohibited; when detected, reinforced markings are automatically applied.

3. Account Registration

1. Users register via methods provided by the Company (e.g., Google OAuth).

2. Children under 14 may not use the Service.

4. Company Obligations

Provide stable service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Publish a separate Privacy Policy for personal data protection.
Comply with transparency obligations for AI-generated content (Article 31, AI Framework Act).

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Acts

Users shall not:

Steal others' information or register false information
Remove or alter watermarks on images generated by the Service
Attempt to generate images mimicking real persons or use such outputs for defamation, fraud, or sexual exploitation
Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (automated crawling, reverse engineering, etc.)

6. AI Content Labeling Obligations

The Company fulfills its labeling obligations under Articles 31(2) and 31(3) of the AI Framework Act:

7. Intellectual Property

1. IP rights to the Service itself belong to the Company.

2. Rights to images generated through user use follow applicable laws and the Company's separate policy. Note that domestic and international precedents on AI-generated content copyright are still being established.

8. Account Deletion

1. Users may delete their account at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in My Page.

2. Account can be restored by signing in within 30 days of deletion.

3. After 30 days, account data is permanently deleted per the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.

2. The Company is not primarily responsible for disputes (publicity rights, portrait rights, etc.) arising from user's external use of generated images.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
